Machine specifications and capabilities shown on this site are our published catalogue claims. The final configuration for your application — cameras, feeding, throughput and capability — is confirmed by our application engineer and stated in a written quotation. Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation, an offer or a price; all pricing is provided only by our sales engineers in writing.

VisiExpert, feasibility checks and photo measurements

VisiExpert's answers are generated by AI to speed up your inquiry; a Visimaster engineer personally verifies every recommendation before any quotation. Sizes measured from photos you upload and mark are estimates scaled from the reference size you enter, for a first assessment only; they are not certified metrology. Final capability is always confirmed on your real parts — for example, through our free sample feasibility check.

Photos, drawings and files

By uploading part photos, drawings, CAD files or a resume you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them solely to assess your inquiry, prepare our response or consider your application, and we treat commercial material as your confidential business information (see the Privacy Policy).

Registration, sign-in and the support portal

Some areas — catalogue downloads, the AI application engineer and the customer support portal — ask you to register or sign in, including with a Google account. Please register with accurate details, use a business e-mail where we ask for one, and keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe it has been used by someone else. We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, shared, or used to disrupt the service, and you may ask us to close yours at any time. Accounts left unused are closed on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy.

How we will contact you

When you send an inquiry, request a brochure or a feasibility report, register, or apply for a role, you are asking us to reply — so our sales or service engineers may call, message or e-mail you about it, and we may send the document you asked for. These are replies to your request, not marketing subscriptions. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Our content. Site content, branding and design are our property or used with permission.

Other services. Some pages embed third-party content such as videos and maps; those services carry their own terms.
